The famous 'Have a Break, Have a Kit Kat' line was brought to life in a novel way for this ambient idea. At various summer events in New Zealand, Kit Kat installed flat pack, plywood, posters which enabled people to help themselves to a chair - and 'have a break.
The chairs became an instant talking point at the events and were complemented by brand representatives handing out product samples.
Many of the chairs disappeared within hours, some within minutes. Others resurfaced on online auction sites. And people even tried calling the client to see if they could buy them.
